If you request a refund and are granted one, kazdara.com will refund you in the form of account store credit which can be reused for another purchase.

The cases during which refunds are applicable are listed below:

- If the goods were found to be damaged upon delivery.
- If the delivered goods do not match the ordered items.
- If you cancel an order that you have placed BEFORE it is shipped, you will be eligible for a refund
